You’ll need guidance, new ways of looking at things, plans for changing lifestyle habits, support and accountability.
Dr. Novak is currently accepting new patients in the state of Minnesota. She is licensed to diagnose and treat anyone who is a current Minnesota resident.
Dr. Novak can’t diagnose or prescribe for anyone outside of Minnesota. However, she is able to help you understand your current diagnosis, test results and create a treatment plan to guide you into health.
It’s one thing to have knowledge and a plan. But, the consistent implementation of the plan is the hard part. Dr. Novak understands the longterm healing begins with changing habits. If habit change were easy, none of us would have bad ones! As an alternative to counseling, Dr. Novak is trained not only in conventional medicine and functional medicine, but she is trained as a Life Coach to help her patients implement the plans you create together. She offers this service as an additional package add on to her patients knowing they may need more support.
